Four ITP Topics to Remember from July
It’s been a whirlwind summer for our team, as we celebrated our 15 year anniversary, trekked out to Las Vegas to learn about Microsoft’s 2018 plans, and hosted a GDPR focused webinar… plus we found a great new BI partner in 2.7 Strategies. Check it all out now, including a chance to win #Badgers football tickets!
Fifteen years – a Milestone for any Company
This year, ITP celebrated 15 years of serving as trusted technology translators for businesses in Wisconsin. What started as a two-man shop in 2003, has blossomed into an operation of over 50 people spread across three Wisconsin cities. It is incredible to see how far we’ve come in this time, and even more so – the growth that has happened in just the last few years. We are honored to have been listed on the Inc. 5000 for three consecutive years (with a fourth hopefully on the way #fingerscrossed) and we were recognized as a Rising Star during our first year as a Microsoft partner, positioning us to be one of their key partners in the state of Wisconsin. To celebrate, we sent out stickers, hoping for everyone to share their favorite places with us, and the hashtag #StickITpros, of course!
If you share a sticker photo/video on your social media channels and include #StickITpros, we will enter you for a chance to win 15th-row tickets to see the Wisconsin Badgers kick off the season in style, on Friday, August 31st.
ITP & 27 Strategies Team Up to Offer Business Intelligence
Information Technology Professionals (ITP) and 2.7 Strategies have formed a joint venture to offer business intelligence tools and SQL monitoring services to clients. As part of this venture, ITP will now jointly offer a SQL server health assessment and ongoing monitoring tool. These services will be available to our clients actively housing SQL data on their servers, with a monthly recurring cost depending on the number of servers being monitored.
Microsoft Predictions and Reveals from Inspire 2018
Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, is an inspiring leader that infects the tech giant’s internal culture, and having the chance to sit down with him was a great privilege for Paul this month. At the 2018 Inspire conference, ITP was in the inner circle, listening to Microsoft’s take on GDPR, AI, and IoT, hearing about new product projects (like the Teams / Skype combination).
