Weekend Service Desk Now Available!
ITP Extends Hours for Weekend Service Desk!
Working weekends? No problem. We know that your technology needs don’t stop when the traditional work week is over, which is why we are so excited to announce the expansion of our Service Desk offering to include weekend hours for clients with support contracts. These expanded hours include Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time).
As we grow, our support system grows, as well. We are thrilled to be able to offer support to our customers 7 days per week, because we know your business doesn’t stop when the clock strikes 5 p.m. on Fridays. So, our growth is your gain!
The new weekend support hours are available immediately to all of our clients with support contracts. Support tickets created during this time will be billed at the normal support rate.
Our weekend Service Desk team is available by phone or by email during these hours. Non-emergency support tickets created during this time will be queued and completed as normal. Our on-call engineering coverage for emergencies that require immediate attention will remain the same. Escalations from Service Desk to an on-call engineer may still incur after hours fees.
