ITP Holiday Hours 2018 / 2019
The “offseason” of the world is upon us! And with it, we want to wish you the happiest of holidays and we hope you are able to spend time with loved ones.
During this time of fun, love, and play, we know you’re hoping to keep your tech off your mind. But, your tech won’t sleep, and neither will we, should an issue arise.
ITP HOLIDAY SUPPORT HOURS
If you need to reach our support team, you can call our main line and you will be connected to our after-hours answering service. They will take your name, phone number, company name, and status of your issue.
If it is an emergency, an ITP Engineer will be paged and we’ll be on the way to resolving your issue then and there. We will have ITP Engineers on call in each region.
However, if your request is not an emergency, a ticket will be created and will be placed in our ticket queue. From there, our team will get to your issue in order, while we’re in office. So… when will we not be in the office?
Please note that our offices will be closed on the following dates:
- Christmas Eve: Mon, Dec 24th
- Christmas Day: Tues, Dec 25th
- New Years Day: Tues, Jan 1st
