ITP Thanksgiving Hours
Here to Help You through the Holidays
The beginning of the holiday season is arriving next week – are you ready to fill up on time with family, friends, and delicious food this Thanksgiving? We sure are.
As you whip up your cranberry sauce, turkey, and stuffing recipes, you can be confident knowing our team has YOU on our minds. We’re thankful to be your supporting staff and your IT provider. And we’re here for you throughout the holiday season!
As a heads up, our offices will be closed on Thanksgiving as our team celebrates with family and friends. But if you have any technical issues with your business, there are still ways to reach us by phone and email.
- ITP will be CLOSED on Thanksgiving Day.
- ITP will be OPEN for normal business on Wednesday the 21st and Friday the 23rd
- Weekend Support will be available normally on Saturday and Sunday.
If you need to reach our support team during these busy couple of days, you can call our main line and you will be connected to our after-hours answering service. Our team will take your name, phone number, company name, and status of your issue. A ticket will be created and placed in our queue, it will be addressed according to the priority level when our team returns on Friday the 23rd.
If it is an emergency, an ITP Engineer will be paged. We will have ITP Engineers on call in each region, so if your issues require immediate assistance, you’re still covered. (If your request is not an emergency, a ticket will be created and will be placed in our ticket queue.)
