Seeking a candidate who can provide complex technical support to resolve problems with products and applications remotely. Requires hands-on experience with laptop/desktop hardware, mobile devices, Windows OS, and printers. Working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server 2008 and 2012 also needed. Plus, must be able to provide responsive, professional, highly personable technical support.
